He holds an honours Bachelor of Science degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University (2025) and works with clients on a one-to-one basis, offering a supportive and confidential space for therapeutic exploration.
I support individuals through a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, stress, loss, and periods of transition, as well as those seeking deeper personal growth and self-understanding. I understand that no two people are the same, and that each client brings their own experiences, strengths, and concerns into the therapy room.
My work is grounded in an integrative approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic models to tailor the process to what will be most helpful for each individual. This flexible style allows therapy to adapt to the client, rather than expecting the client to fit a particular framework.
At the core of my practice is a belief that no one should have to face life’s difficulties alone. I offer empathy, acceptance, and a non-judgemental space where clients can explore whatever feels important to them.
