His practice places particular focus on attachment issues and existential concerns around meaning and purpose in life. He creates a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental space where clients can reflect on their experiences, deepen their self-understanding, and work towards healthier relationships with themselves and others.
He supports people experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges, while also helping those seeking personal growth and greater clarity in life.
