Gastroenterology
About
My undergraduate education was completed at University College London together with a BSc in Immunology. My SHO training was started at the Royal London Hospital and then completed with the renowned Hammersmith medical rotation. My higher specialist training was in the South Thames region in District General Hospitals and in Specialist tertiary centres.
Towards the end of my training, I acquired an MD looking at the Immunopathology
of inflammatory bowel disease from King's College London.
My primary areas of clinical interest are Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Nutrition and Endoscopy (upper and lower GI diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, enteroscopy and video capsule
endoscopy). I am training lead for Endoscopy for the Trust and remain a trainer
at the National Endoscopy training unit at St. George's Hospital. I also have core training and experience in treating all aspects of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
I offer private outpatient and endoscopy services at Ashtead Hospital, St. Anthony's
Hospital and the Northey Suite at Epsom Hopsital. I am of course recognised by all leading insurers, see self funding patients and am able to see patients at short notice if required.
