In addition to his clinical practice, Mr. Challand has contributed to clinical research aimed at improving outcomes for patients undergoing major colorectal bowel resections. His research is widely published in the fields of colorectal and general surgery. He has been both Clinical Lead for General Surgery and Colorectal Surgery at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and played a pivotal role in enhancing surgical practices and patient care.
