About Dr Christine Muttiah
Dr Christine Muttiah is a medical oncologist with a special interest in breast cancer. Their work and research focus on new, targeted therapies for hormone-positive breast cancer. Dr Muttiah is also interested in breast cancer prevention in patients with BRCA1/BRCA2 variants. Dr Muttiah is involved in clinical trials and research. They are an investigator in the first international phase 3 breast cancer prevention study, 'BRCA-P', and a phase 1 study, 'PALVEN', for advanced ER+ BCL-2+ breast cancer. Dr Muttiah has also completed a Master's Degree by research through the University of Melbourne, focusing on treating ER-positive breast cancer.
