Dr. Ayman Al Jundi is a highly skilled and experienced paediatric surgeon with over 40 years of experience in the field. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Damascus University in Syria and has completed his Diploma in Paediatric Surgery and Paediatric Urology from the Bristol Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Bristol, UK. Dr. Ayman is a member of the European Association of Paediatric Surgeons, the Arab Association of Paediatric Surgeons, and is a registered member of the General Medical Council in the UK.
Dr. Ayman has broad experience in treating various types of paediatric general surgical and urological disorders from infancy to 13 years of age. He specialises in all types of hernias in children, counselling on congenital malformations of the GI and urinary systems in the foetus during pregnancy, circumcision and penile deformities, excision of various lumps from different parts of the body, neonatal surgery, testicular disorders, congenital and non-congenital, and various diseases of the bladder and kidneys.
Prior to joining Valiant Clinic, Dr. Ayman worked in various renowned healthcare institutions in the UK and the UAE. He was also a lecturer and paediatric surgical tutor at Dubai Medical College, UAE for 14 years. Dr. Ayman is an executive committee member of the Dubai Paediatric Club and has been a recipient of several prestigious awards and recognitions for his outstanding contributions to the field of paediatric surgery.
