Ms Ann O’Hanlon is an experienced psychotherapist who works in private practice and at the Catherine Keers Psychotherapy Centre. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a range of methods including humanistic, psychodynamic, Gestalt, behavioural, CBT, psychosynthesis, and solution-focused brief therapy. Working with clients experiencing a variety of issues, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress, bereavement, postnatal depression, self-esteem difficulties, relationship and family challenges, abuse, sexuality concerns, adoption-related issues, and work-related stress.
