His strong interest in minimally invasive surgery led him to undertake advanced training in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures, learning from leading experts in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and India.
In 2009, Mr Justin was appointed Consultant Gynaecologist at Southend University Hospital, Essex, with a focus on fertility and keyhole surgery. Since 2016, he has been based at Harrogate District Hospital, where he specialises in minimally invasive procedures and is the lead clinician for gynaecological oncology.
A passionate educator, Mr Justin is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University and has played a key role in the MCh programme in Minimal Access and Robotic Surgery. He also supervises senior trainees undertaking the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) Advanced Training Skills Module (ATSM) in gynaecological surgery. He regularly speaks and teaches at national and international conferences and has authored numerous peer-reviewed papers and book chapters.
Mr Justin is known for his holistic and patient-centred approach, working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans.
