Taif is the Physical Performance Lead at The Brain & Performance Centre. He is an accomplished Rehabilitation and Performance Specialist with over 15 years of experience in Sports Medicine. He has been an integral part of a variety of multidisciplinary medical teams, providing world-class, exercise-based care to clients in both Ireland and the UAE. Graduating from Dublin City University with first-class honours in Sport Science and Health, he later completed a master’s degree with distinction in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of South Wales. Taif’s sporting background includes playing international rugby, going on to captain his team and competing in the Rugby 7s World Cup. Taif and the physical performance team oversee all areas of the client’s physical health during their time at The Brain & Performance Centre. Making use of the latest technology available, an individualised physical performance programme is developed for each client. Focusing on an evidence-based movement approach to treatment, the goal is to leverage the healing and performance benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy so that clients feel, move, and perform better.
