La Dott.ssa Stefania Canulli si è laureata in Psicologia a Milano e si è specializzata presso la Scuola di Psicoterapia Nous, dove ha anche esplorato pratiche di consapevolezza come la mindfulness e la meditazione Zen, che ora arricchiscono il suo approccio terapeutico.
La Dott.ssa Canulli integra la psicoterapia cognitivo-costruttivista — che considera la realtà come un costrutto soggettivo modellato da credenze, valori e schemi mentali — con strumenti innovativi come lo yoga e le tecniche di rilassamento.
