About
Ms Cook offers a confidential and supportive space in which clients can explore emotional, psychological and relational concerns at their own pace. Her practice supports individuals experiencing life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity-related issues, stress, anxiety and periods of personal uncertainty. She also has experience working with young adults and neurodivergent clients, tailoring sessions to ensure clarity, structure and accessibility where required.
Having lived in three different countries, Ms Cook brings an informed understanding of cultural transition, identity and change, and how these experiences can affect emotional wellbeing.
Her approach emphasises collaboration, reflection and self-awareness, supporting clients to better understand their experiences and develop strategies to manage challenges more effectively. Ms Cook’s work is grounded in the belief that counselling can provide structure and support during difficult periods, helping individuals engage more fully with their lives and personal goals.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
