Post qualifying, they went on to do specialist training in working with couples, brief-term trauma therapy (EMDR) as well as third-wave or most recent developments in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT) such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness (MBCT). Their therapeutic modality is integrative psychology. This means that they blend approaches and techniques depending on the individual they are working with.
