Ms Sarah Morton is a highly specialised Dietitian with 13 years of experience in both the NHS and private practice. Passionate about health and our relationship with food, she combines years of behaviour change techniques with significant clinical knowledge and compassion to provide bespoke, individualised nutritional plans.
Sarah specialises in disordered eating, including diagnosed eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa in both adolescents and adults. She also has extensive experience working with binge eating disorder, general weight management concerns, and functional bowel disorders like IBS, often utilising low FODMAP diets.
In particular, Sarah understands that life stage nutrition and hormonal concerns require sensitive, tailored advice. She is dedicated to ensuring that nutritional guidance is as unique as each client's journey.
