Heute führt Dr. Sara Abayev ihre eigene Praxis für Plastische Chirugie im Herzen Wiens, in welcher ausschließlich moderne Ästhetische Chirugie auf höchstem Niveau angeboten wird. Dr. Sara Abayevs breitgefächertes Behandlungsspektrum dreht sich neben der rekonstruktiven Brustchirugie, auch um das restliche gesamte Spektrum der Plastischen Chirugie. Ihr Angebot beinhaltet unter anderem Augenlidstraffungen, Brustvergrößerungen Bruststraffungen, Fettabsaugung, Lipofilling, Bauchdeckenstraffung, sowie auch Botox und Filler. Auch Facelifts und Nasenkorrekturen, führt Dr. Sara Abayev in ihrer Praxis im sechsten Bezirk in Wien durch.
Über die Jahre absolvierte Dr. Sara Abayev zahlreiche Zusatzausbildungen im In- und Ausland wie beispielsweise die Ausbildung zur Genberaterin bei familiärem Brust- und Eierstockkrebs, Fortbildungen in der ästhetischen Brustchirurgie, Fortbildung in der Nasenchirurgie und Fortbildungen zur ästhetischen Gesichtsbehandlung mit Botox und Filler. Auch einige Publikationen kann Dr. Sara Abayev bereits verzeichnen, ebenso wie zwei Vortragspreise zu den Themen Brustchirugie und Verbrennungschirugie. Derzeit ist sie auch Mitglied in der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Plastische, Ästhetische und Rekonstruktive Chirurgie und der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Senologie.
Frau Dr. Sara Abayev genießt einen außerordentlich guten Ruf bei ihren PatientInnen.
