Mr Samer-ul Haque

About
Mr Haque also works at Basildon & Thurrock University Hospital where he is in charge of Emergency Surgery, Ambulatory Surgical Care, as well as the development of a number of additional patient services. As the Lead Unit Training Director, he has also been responsible for establishing surgical training programs within the trust.
Mr Haque earned his bachelor's degree from University College London in 2004 before gaining a Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery from the University of Strasburg. He has also undertaken an advanced laparoscopic fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons and a sub-fellowship at the world world-renowned Saint Antoine Hospital in Paris. Mr Haque completed a PhD in the field of colorectal cancer at UCL and is widely published in medical journals.
