She later completed her FCDerm at Groote Schuur Hospital before moving to Australia, where she achieved Fellowship of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
Her broader contributions include establishing South Africa’s first public skin laser service and advancing teledermatology for rural communities, supported by a Galderma Research Grant.
