Als Studentin der Diätologie konnte sie bereits Erfahrungen in der Rehaklinik Wien Baumgarten, Caritas Pflege Wien/NÖ, Privatklinik Döbling, St. Anna Kinderspital, SVA Wien, und dem AKH Linz sammeln. Nach Abschluss ihres Studiums war sie im OptimaMed Rehabilitationszentrum in Bad Wimsbach tätig und konnte sich hier auf Krankheiten wie Diabetes mellitus, Bluthochdruck, Fettstoffwechselstörungen und Übergewicht spezialisieren.
Seit 2017 ist Ramona Sampl als Diätologin und Fastenbegleiterin selbstständig. Sie betreut Einzelpersonen mit ernährungsbedingten Erkrankungen, hilft Patienten bei der Umstellung auf vegane, vegetarische oder ketogene Ernährung und bietet ambulante und stationäre Fastenwochen an. Außerdem hält sie Vorträge, Schulungen & Workshops mit Schwerpunkt auf Gesundheitsförderung.
