Within the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW), where he has held his current position for over six years, he is the Departmental Lead for Morbidity and Mortality.
Mr. Hussain has earned prestigious awards and nominations, including the World Class Colleague Award in 2021 and nominations for Outstanding Service and Care Awards (OSCA). He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCS SN) and holds memberships in various medical societies, including the Society for Research in Hydrocephalus and Spina Bifida, the Society of British Neurological Surgeons (SBNS), the World Spine Column Society, the World Hydrocephalus Society, and the British Medical Association (BMA).
