Dr. Hendy remains actively engaged in gastroenterology research, serving as Co-Lead for Gastroenterology Research in Northwest Thames at the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) and as Chair of the Adolescent and Young Person Committee at the British Society of Gastroenterology.
In his clinical practice, Dr. Hendy treats adults with a range of digestive diseases and operates specialist clinics at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where he introduced a colon capsule service. His expertise extends to nutrition, gut microbiome health, and innovative approaches to managing IBD.
