About Mr Patrick Spring
Patrick Spring has over two decades of experience as a personal trainer in the United States, Switzerland, England, Turkey, and Ireland. He is currently based at Calmer Clinics where he offers resistance training as part of the rehabilitation process, to improve intrinsic strength and fend off injury. With an emphasis on safe and effective technique, Patrick’s clients have lost substantial weight, seen transformative improvements in body composition, improved core strength and posture, and made massive tangible improvements in their general health; all while following a simple and well-planned programme which is easy to incorporate into their day-to-day lives. After running a successful fitness business in California, Patrick relocated with his family to Folkestone, Kent, where he continues to provide high-quality Muscle Activation Techniques consultation, Personal Training, Gym consultancy and nutrition coaching. Patrick offers Activation Technique sessions both in-person (Either in Folkestone, Calmer Clinics in London or online) He also offers personal Training services which are available at-home in Folkestone, London, or online.
