About
Dr Mostajabi previously held a consultant psychiatrist position at West London NHS Trust. In this role, they established and led a busy community mental health team and played a key part in transforming community mental health teams within Hammersmith and Fulham. Before this, they set up a primary care mental health team at Hammersmith and Fulham, which provided support to local GP practices in treating patients with diverse mental health needs.
Dr Mostajabi qualified in 2003 with an MD from Tehran University, Iran, and completed their Psychiatry training in the UK on the North West London Psychiatry Training Scheme. They are a Section 12(2A) approved clinician under the Mental Health Act 1983 and have been a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) since 2010. Additionally, Dr Mostajabi obtained an MSc in Research in Psychiatry from University College London (UCL) in 2013.
