About
Dr Lee undertook her undergraduate medical degree at the University of Cambridge, with an intercalated degree in Natural Sciences, completing her clinical training in London. She then undertook foundation training at the Wessex deanery with medical and surgical rotations in Southampton General Hospital, then postgraduate core and higher training in Edinburgh with posts in psychiatry, general acute and internal medicine, and neurology, working at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, Western General Hospital & Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. She then completed a clinical research fellowship at the Institute of Genetics and Molecular Medicine at the University of Edinburgh, undertaking basic laboratory research in neurodevelopmental genetics. She then completed higher specialist training in Clinical Neurophysiology in London at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Dr Lee became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians UK in 2023. She has many professional memberships and affiliations including British Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (BSCN), Association of British Neurologists (ABN) and British Peripheral Neuropathy Society (BPNS)
