Nicole is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC, with specialist experience in supporting adults and older adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges.
She has worked in mental health for over six years across various settings, including older adult community hospital teams, acute hospital services (both NHS and private), and private practice. Nicole is currently part of a specialist OCD service. She has considerable experience in assessing and treating a variety of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, phobias, grief, health anxiety, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, stress, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Nicole takes time to build a strong understanding of each client’s experiences and concerns. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to the individual and may draw on evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT for Trauma (CBT-T), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), as well as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills and mindfulness techniques.
She is committed to offering a safe, confidential, and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. Nicole works collaboratively with individuals to create a personalised therapy plan that aligns with their needs and goals, helping them navigate emotional and psychological difficulties with confidence.
