Frau Dr. med. Naira Grigorya absolvierte ihr Studium im Jahr 2006 an der staatlichen medizinischen Universität Jerewan in Armenien und begann im Anschluss ihre berufliche Karriere im Forschungszentrum für Mutter-Kind-Gesundheitsschutz mit der Facharztweiterbildung im Bereich der Frauenheilkunde und Geburtshilfe. Daraufhin arbeitete sie als Fach- und Assistenzärztin am medizinischen Zentrum „Medline" in Armenien, in den Medinos Kliniken sowie der Regiomed MVZ Gynäkologie in Sonneberg.

Seit 2019 ist Dr. Grigorya Fachärztin an der Urologischen Klinik München – Planegg und seit 2021 ist sie zuständige Oberärztin der Klinik. Im Januar 2020 promovierte sie an der LMU München im Fachthema: Senkungsbedingte Schmerzen prä- und postoperativ.
