She continued her studies at the university and was awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Coaching and Psychotherapy in 2014 while also working as an associate researcher conducting individual clinical assessments and psychometric testing to identify areas for change. She worked in an NHS trust in London for 3 years as a CBT therapist and was appointed as a lecturer in Psychology at London South Bank University. She has also been involved in the start-up of a digital cognitive behavioural therapy service and as an academic Peer Reviewer for Emerald Publishers providing feedback on quality accuracy and thoroughness of research papers. She is a Transformational Leadership Coach and Wellbeing Strategy Consultant at Leadership Coaching Consultant, and also works as a Treasurer for the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.
