Emily Fawell is a Nutritional Therapist and founder of 4Well People. She is passionate about the use of nutrition to help improve and transform people's lives. She devises personalised nutrition programmes for her clients, and she is experienced in working with patients of all backgrounds. She is able to work with children and, as a mother of two, has personal experience in this area.

Emily gained her honours degree from Warwick University and after a decision to change career studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition where she gained a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. She previously worked with a number of blue-chip companies in marketing before being diagnosed with endometriosis in her twenties. After unsuccessful medical treatments, she started working with a Nutritional Therapist who was able to help her manage her condition and transform her health. It was following this that she decided to embark upon a career in nutrition.

In addition to being a Nutritional Therapist, Emily is an NLP practitioner and is able to use these coaching skills to support her patients with nutrition, weight loss, and habit changes. She works with clients with a range of health issues, but specialises in hormonal health and digestion. She is particularly interested in Nutrigenomics, the application of dietary advice based on an individual's genetic make-up. She is able to offer one-to-one weight loss coaching as well as DNA-based weight loss coaching.

Emily uses a wide range of functional tests in her practice to determine nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, digestive status (including microbiome testing) as well as more conventional blood tests.
