About Ms Anna Aydinc
Anna Aydinc is an experienced osteopath with over 15 years of clinical practice, specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, particularly spinal conditions. She regularly supports patients with low back pain, thoracic and rib pain, neck pain, headaches, and other issues affecting the spine and thoracic cage. Originally from Germany, Anna graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy. She has worked in both NHS settings and private sports clinics, treating a wide range of patients—from athletes managing sports-related injuries to individuals experiencing persistent or complex musculoskeletal pain. Ms Aydinc has a particular interest in the relationship between musculoskeletal pain and lifestyle factors. She is certified by the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM) and integrates evidence-based lifestyle medicine principles into her clinical approach. Research increasingly demonstrates strong links between musculoskeletal pain and factors such as sleep quality, physical activity, nutrition, stress levels, and overall resilience. By addressing these alongside physical treatment, she aims not only to reduce pain but also to support long-term recovery and help prevent recurring problems. Her approach combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with detailed functional movement assessment to understand how the body operates as an integrated system. She is also a strong advocate of health technology and data-driven approaches to optimise patient outcomes. Where appropriate, she is interested in integrating digital health tools and digital therapeutics into patient care to support rehabilitation, track progress, and improve long-term musculoskeletal health. Patients can expect a clear explanation of their condition, practical strategies to support recovery, and where appropriate, guidance around lifestyle changes that support sustainable improvements in musculoskeletal health. In addition to her clinical work, Anna has lectured on multimodal healthcare strategies and continues to pursue advanced professional development within the musculoskeletal field. She is also the founder of a health technology company focused on developing end-to-end care pathways for musculoskeletal pain.
"Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions."
