Mr Solomos graduated from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1995 and then completed his initial surgical training in the NHS. He subsequently gained further training at the reputable Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow. After working in the NHS for many years, Mr Solomos began higher speciality training in private practices in London. As a result of his wealth of specialist knowledge and skills, he was awarded a Fellowship of the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons.
