Maisam Fazel is a Consultant Onco Plastic, Breast Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon with a unique background in both breast and plastic surgery. He studied medicine at Cambridge University before going on to continue his training training at leading teaching hospitals in London, Paris and Milan. Mr Fazel was further selected for the National Onco-Plastic Fellowship at the Nottingham Breast and Reconstruction Unit, where he gained skills in oncoplastic as well as breast reconstruction surgery, forming a large part of his current practice.

Mr Fazel is highly skilled in his field and applies sophisticated reconstructive techniques in both breast conservation surgery and total breast reconstruction. He was awarded the prestigious JCST Royal College of Surgeons Cosmetic Fellowship thus gaining extensive experience in a wide range of cosmetic procedures under leading Plastic Surgeons. Later he undertook an additional cosmetic and reconstructive surgery fellowship in the United States that involved internationally re-known aesthetic surgeons. Mr Fazel is currently involved in research relating to breast reconstruction as well as in cosmetic surgery.
