I am a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in conditions of the shoulder and elbow. I consult and operate at the Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, the BMI Meriden in Coventry and the Nuffield Hospital in Leamington Spa.
I am an NHS consultant at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, a specialist tertiary referral centre and one of the busiest trauma centres in the country.
I qualified in 2002 from the University of Bristol medical school, and continued my basic surgical training in Bristol. I then undertook specialist orthopaedic training at Guy's and St Thomas' hospitals in London. Following this, I completed 2 sub-specialty shoulder and elbow fellowships; one an international fellowship in Perth, Australia, and then a second at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire.
I treat all conditions of the shoulder and elbow including acute and chronic disorders and sports-related injuries. I am highly experienced in advanced arthroscopic (key-hole) surgery, along with reconstructive and joint replacement surgery.
