He is an author on over 100 peer reviewed publications and 18 book chapters, and recently published two books; John Radcliffe and his Legacy to Oxford for the 300th anniversary of the death of John Radcliffe, one of Oxford's greatest benefcators, and ‘On Eagle's Wings: Models in Mentoring'.
