He also undertook intensive training in retinal surgery during a fellowship at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. He is the author of 18 peer-reviewed publications and continues to do research in the field with the aim of providing evidence-based treatment to his patients. Away from the clinic, Mr Ramasamy enjoys running, swimming and biking.
