Over the course of his career, he has held positions including Registrar and Glaucoma Fellow at Magrabi Eye Hospital in Jeddah, Assistant Consultant Ophthalmologist at Magrabi Eye Center in Muscat, Oman, and Consultant Ophthalmologist at Magrabi Eye Center across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Cairo since 2003.

His clinical expertise spans comprehensive glaucoma management and advanced cataract surgery, enabling patients to regain and preserve their vision using the latest surgical techniques. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Aly has contributed significantly to the field through international conferences, publications on glaucoma and cataract, and by participating in ophthalmic education programs such as i-Learn, which aim to advance knowledge and skills among eye care professionals.
