Miss Cheang completed her medical degree at the University of Wales, and proceeded to the West Midlands for her higher surgical training. Following completion of her specialist training, she was awarded a fellowship by the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. This led to her completing subspecialist training in the field of facial plastics from centres in Europe, London and South Korea. Following this she also gained her European Board Certification in Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery.
Throughout her career, Miss Cheang has acquired numerous professional memberships, including the Royal College of Surgeons, European Facial Plastics Academy, ENT UK, Facial Plastic UK and the British Rhinological Society. She is fully licensed by the General Medical Council.
