As the founder of Anxiety Ireland, Michael works directly with clients experiencing a wide range of anxiety-related issues, including General Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Health Anxiety, Existential Anxiety, Climate Anxiety, Relationship Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and Phobias. He typically guides clients through 6-8 sessions.
Michael adopts a holistic approach to treating anxiety, beginning with the establishment of a nurturing rapport and a thorough understanding of the client's unique challenges.
