Matthew is known for his comprehensive, evidence-based approach. He conducts detailed assessments, utilises advanced imaging and diagnostic techniques, and develops tailored management plans designed to help patients return to their desired activities safely and quickly. His clinical expertise spans musculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages, alongside extensive experience in diagnostic and interventional injection therapies.
He has a particular interest in orthotic and biomechanical management, using the latest technologies to address underlying structural issues and deliver fast, long-lasting results.
Appointed as an NHS Consultant in 2016, Matthew also holds academic positions as a Clinical and Associate Professor in Podiatric Practice, ensuring that his work is firmly grounded in current research and best practice. His leadership contributions include serving as Chair of the Royal College of Podiatry. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and holds an additional Fellowship in Podiatric Medicine.
