In 2019, Dr. Sharafi earned recognition as a Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon by the International Board Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (IBCFPRS). Dr. Sharafi has a keen interest in rhinoplasty and has undertaken advanced courses in this field.
Dr. Sharafi has authored publications in internationally recognised journals, including the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal (PRS) and the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery-Global Open (PRS Global Open). Dr. Sharafi presented their concept of the ���Crown Concept���, a new definition of the nasal keystone, at the Annual Meeting of the Mexican Society of Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery.
