Martina Ulrich erhielt von 2004 bis 2005 den „International training program for dermatology" Grant der Harvard Medical School in den USA und arbeitet anschließend bis 2010 am Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Im selben Jahr begann Martina Ulrich die Zusatzqualifikation in den Fachbereichen Dermatohistologie und Medikamentöse Tumortherapie, zusätzlich arbeitete sie als beratende Dermatologistin im Charité.
2013 begann Dr. Ulrich als medizinische Direktorin im CMB Collegium Medicum Berlin GmbH und schloss im Jahr 2014 ihr Ausbildung in der Dermatohistologie ab und wurde CEO der CMB Collegium Medicum Berlin GmbH. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit als Ärztin hält Dr. Ulrich regelmäßig Vorträge und Kurse, zum Beispiel auf der Jahrestagung der Deutschen Dermatologischen Gesellschaft oder der Fachtagung „Dermapraxis".
