Ein Schwerpunkt seiner Praxistätigkeit liegt im Bereich des Darms und des Verdauungstraktes. Er bietet neben der Sanierung des Mikrobioms ( Darmflora) auch Colon-Hydro-Therapie an, die in seiner Praxis mit entsprechender technischer Ausstattung durchgeführt wird. Außerdem  unterschiedliche Maßnahmen zur Darmsanierung und zur Untersuchung der Darmflora, gegebenenfalls auch im Hinblick auf Nahrungsmittel-Unverträglichkeiten, Leyky Gut (durchlässige Darmgrenze) und Pilzbelastungen. Diese Methoden werden in ein ganzheitliches Behandlungskonzept eingebettet.

Darüber hinaus behandelt Lutz Kasberg Beschwerden im Bereich der Augen mit naturheilkundlichen Methoden. Dazu zählen Augenakupunktur, Augendiagnose, alternative Augentherapien sowie Sehtraining. Ergänzend wendet er weitere naturheilkundliche Methoden an, darunter Bachblüten-Therapie, Entgiftungskuren, Gesprächs- und Atemtherapie, Bewusstseinstraining sowie Rebirthing. Die Auswahl der Methoden richtet sich nach dem individuellen Bedarf und dem jeweiligen Beschwerdebild.

Lutz Kasberg studierte Soziologie, Psychologie, Politologie und Philosophie an der Freien Universität Berlin. Seit den späten 1970er-Jahren beschäftigt er sich mit alternativen Heilmethoden sowie mit Selbsterfahrungs- und Selbsterkenntnisansätzen, darunter Körperarbeit, Meditation, Kontemplation, Rebirthing sowie Begegnungen und Arbeit mit Schamanen verschiedener Kulturen.

Nach seiner Ausbildung zum Heilpraktiker und einer anschließenden Assistenzzeit in einer Heilpraktikerpraxis in München ist er seit 1993 in eigener Praxis in Kempten im Allgäu tätig. Von 1998 bis 2009 war er Vorsitzender des Naturheilvereins Kempten e. V. Ergänzend zu seiner Praxistätigkeit hält er seit vielen Jahren Vorträge und Seminare zu Themen aus den Bereichen Naturheilkunde, ganzheitliche Sichtweisen sowie praktische Lebensphilosophie und Selbsterkenntnis.
