Ms. Lisa Watson is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience working in general practice, specialising in women’s health. Her personal journey through menopause inspired her to pursue additional training as a British Menopause Society Accredited Menopause Specialist. With her experience in holistic care, Lisa is dedicated to providing personalised support to women going through menopause.
In addition to her specialist training, Lisa has further enhanced her skills by completing training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Menopause. This evidence-based approach complements her care, offering a comprehensive support system for women.
Lisa works part-time as a Menopause Specialist Nurse at Watson Health, where she offers education, workshops, and courses to raise awareness about menopause symptoms and effective management strategies. She is also an Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Medway Practices Alliance, where she provides primary care services, including fitting coils and contraceptive implants, as well as offering prescription services.
