She is an associate at Myla Health, a women's health clinic which helps women take control of their health. She offers appointments online, and in Chesterfield/North Derbyshire. Alongside her private work, she currently works in the NHS menopause service in Leeds seeing complex referrals.
She has a background in education and is a menopause trainer with both the British Menopause Society and the Faculty of Reproductive and Sexual Health, helping clinicians further their knowledge of womens' health. She sits on the PCWHF menopause committee and regularly teaches on their specialist menopause course.
Dr. Thomas has had academic work published in the Post Reproductive Health Journal. She is a contributor to QVC's ‘ Menopause your Way ‘ programme. She also provides regular educational and support sessions to Trekstock - a charity for young adults with cancer.
