Lindsay began her career as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with Hearing Health in the West Midlands, working as a Domiciliary Practitioner specialising in hearing correction for patients with mobility challenges. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication quickly earned her the trust of her patients and the reputation of being a practitioner who always goes the extra mile.
Her deep understanding of hearing aid technology and manufacturer-specific programming soon led her to join an elite national hearing exhibition team, where she advised visitors on types and causes of hearing loss while providing tailored hearing solutions. Recognising early on that precise hearing aid programming is key to successful outcomes, Lindsay became known for her ability to achieve outstanding results for her patients.
Before co-founding Regain Hearing in 2010, Lindsay held senior positions within the Amplivox Group and served as Branch Manager at Amplifon’s Canterbury practice for five years.
In 2018, Lindsay was selected to join Starkey’s UK hearing missionary team in Armenia — an initiative supported by celebrities such as Elton John — where she fitted hundreds of refurbished hearing aids for people in need. The experience deeply reinforced Lindsay’s commitment to using her skills to change lives. Today, Regain Hearing continues to support this mission through hearing aid donation collection points for the Starkey Hearing Foundation.
Highly trained in all aspects of audiology, including hearing loss management, tinnitus treatment, and ear wax removal, Lindsay combines technical excellence with empathy and care. Her approachable manner and meticulous attention to detail make her a trusted expert among her patients.
