About Lee Fletcher
Lee Fletcher is the Company Director and Principal Consultant at Regain Hearing, bringing over a decade of experience and innovation to the hearing care industry. Since qualifying in 2005 from the Amplivox Academy in Wilmslow, Cheshire, Lee has become a respected leader in private hearing care, known for his technical expertise, patient-centred approach, and pioneering spirit. Lee began his career as a field operative, providing home-visit hearing aid services and quickly earning a reputation for his inventive approach to patient care. He was the first in the UK to develop a mobile demonstration unit, allowing clients to experience instant hearing correction and improved speech clarity using a noise simulator. His ingenuity and clinical success led to his promotion in 2007 to manage Amplifon’s flagship Maidstone branch, where he became the youngest Corporate Consultant in the company’s history. Before pursuing audiology, Lee graduated from Sheffield University with a BA (Hons) in Creative Music Technology, a background that has uniquely enhanced his understanding of sound behaviour and digital acoustics. This expertise has allowed him to develop advanced, self-taught methods for treating complex hearing loss and tinnitus, combining scientific precision with a musician’s sensitivity to sound. Under his leadership, Regain Hearing has grown from a single practice in London to multiple award-winning clinics across Kent and South East London. Lee regularly leads Hearing and Tinnitus Events throughout the region, helping countless individuals regain their confidence and connection through better hearing.
