About Lauren Wolfe
Lauren Wolfe is an experienced physiotherapist who graduated with top honours from Oxford Brookes University in 2006. She began her career at Heatherwood and Wexham Park hospitals and has been working in both the NHS and private sector for over 16 years. Lauren is well-versed in a wide range of skills, including acupuncture. She has been trained by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute since 2007 and earned her matwork instructors qualification. Her passion lies in treating various conditions, such as injuries to the upper and lower limbs, spinal injuries, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. She also specialises in women's health, with training in treating female urinary incontinence as well as prenatal and postnatal care. In addition to her physiotherapy expertise, Lauren is dedicated to promoting her patients' overall health and well-being. She encourages healthy lifestyle choices and has pursued further studies in Health Coaching with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Staying active is essential to Lauren, she has a history of competitive swimming and lacrosse playing in Kent. She continues to prioritise fitness by regularly going to the gym, swimming, cycling, and incorporating Pilates and Yoga into her routine.
