Nach ihrer Approbation als Ärztin im Jahr 2014 folgte die Promotion an der Klinik für Plastische Chirurgie, Hand- und Verbrennungschirurgie der Uniklinik Aachen im Jahr 2016. Ihre Facharztausbildung zur Dermatologin und Venerologin schloss sie im Jahr 2020 ab.
Dr. med. Krings legt großen Wert auf kontinuierliche Fortbildung, um ihren Patienten die bestmögliche Versorgung zu bieten. So erwarb sie 2021 das Diploma in Aesthetic Laser Medicine (D.A.L.M.) an der Universität Greifswald und 2022 die Zusatzbezeichnung Allergologie.
Dr. med. Krings ist Mitglied in verschiedenen Fachgesellschaften, darunter die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ästhetische Botulinumtoxin-Therapie e.V. (DGBT).
