Dr Khaled Ahmed Mohamed Elhassanen is an experienced Paediatrician currently practicing at Saudi German Hospital. With a strong clinical background across Egypt, Oman, and the UAE, he brings a broad and well-rounded approach to child healthcare, combining expertise in both acute and long-term paediatric management.
He graduated with an MBBS from Mansoura University, Egypt, in 1996, and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Paediatrics at Ain Shams University in 2002. In 2018, he achieved Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCh) in London, reflecting his advanced training and commitment to high standards of paediatric care. He has also undertaken additional specialised training in paediatric nutrition and paediatric resuscitation.
Dr Elhassanen’s clinical interests include paediatric asthma and respiratory diseases, nutrition, and growth and development. He is also highly experienced in neonatal and paediatric intensive care, including the management and follow-up of newborn and premature infants, as well as paediatric emergencies.
Alongside his clinical work, has contributed to medical education as an adjunct assistant professor of paediatrics, teaching students at Sharjah Medical College. His dedication to both patient care and education underscores his commitment to advancing paediatric practice.
