Dr. Juliet Balfour is an experienced NHS General Practitioner in Glastonbury, Somerset, and has a special interest and extra training in women's health and the menopause. Dr Balfour is happy to give ongoing email advice to current patients and offers follow-up appointments after 3 months and then annually.
Almost all HRT prescribed privately via Wells Menopause Clinic can then be prescribed on the NHS by your GP. The only exception is testosterone as many GPs are not able to prescribe this due to lack of expertise or local prescribing guidelines.
