She also supports children facing attachment-related challenges and stress-related issues, and provides group-based therapy for emotional and behavioural concerns.
Joy draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and parental guidance.
