About Dr Jigna Modha
Dr Jigna Modha graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2004 with a degree in medicine. She also has a BMedSc in Public Health and Epidemiology from 2003. After completing her anaesthesia training in Leicester and London, she was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) in 2012. Dr Jigna Modha works both in the NHS and privately, In 2016, she became a Consultant at University College Hospital London and in 2022 she joined Cleveland Clinic Hospital London. Dr Modha's areas of expertise include anaesthesia for minimally invasive major surgery including robotic surgery, head and neck surgery, ENT, cancer surgery and perioperative medicine. She remains up to date with modern advances in anaesthesia. In 2021, she won a patient nominated Clinical Excellence Award for kindness. Her manner offers patients a safe space for concerns to be heard and she encorporates a holistic approach to care.
