James adopts a holistic, client-centred approach, drawing on various therapeutic models such as CBT, ACT, psychodynamic methods, and inner child work to tailor his support to each individual’s needs. He is deeply informed by 12-step philosophy and works collaboratively to promote lasting positive change in his clients' mental, physical, and emotional health. With a warm and compassionate style, James is committed to helping people thrive in all aspects of their lives.
The Wellbeing & Recovery Collective offer a range of online support for Eating Disorders and Addiciton. James and his team offer 1:1 and group support along with structured 6 weeks and 12 week recovery programmes for both Eating disorders and addiction.
